PCAs assist with daily living activities, companionship, and personal care under the supervision of the agency's care coordinator. We are currently hiring for a position in Yadkinville! Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as: Provide mobility support , including transferring, positioning, and ambulation Perform light housekeeping tasks such as: Prepare and serve simple meals/snacks according to dietary needs Offer companionship and engage in conversation or leisure activities Monitor and document any changes in the client's condition or behavior Assist with medication reminders (non-clinical) Provide transportation or escort for errands, appointments (if applicable) Use agency systems such as Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) to clock in/out Maintain client confidentiality and follow all care plans and safety protocols Report concerns or incidents to supervisor immediately Experience Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
