As a Personal Care Aide, you will provide direct care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with incontinence care, feeding, and ambulating residents. Responsibilities:

Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Assist with incontinence care, feeding, and ambulating residents Perform vital signs and monitor resident conditions Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Create a positive and supportive environment for residents and colleagues

Requirements:

0 years of experience in the healthcare industry (training provided) Ability to lift, push, and transfer residents (up to 50 pounds) Certification as a Personal Care Aide (PCA) or willingness to obtain within 90 days
