Job Description

Location:
Fargo, ND Shift:
Various shifts throughout the week. 6am-8am Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and 4pm-9pm Tuesdays, Every other Friday, Saturday and Sunday 10pm-8am. Various times of the day range from 6am-8am, 4-9pm and overnight shifts

JOB SUMMARY:
The Direct Support Professional (DSP) position is to perform supervised tasks related to delivery of health and personal cares, therapeutic, behavioral, recreational, and leisure activities for the adults in Taylor Made Living (TML), contributing to the overall Individual Service Plan (ISP), positive behavior support (PBS) plan, and individual specific plans.
QUALIFICATIONS
(minimum requirements) Education and/or years' experience required: High School Diploma or equivalent DD modules completed or ability to complete Valid Driver's License Reliable transportation
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
Ability to learn and perform personal care, education and therapeutic programs and can learn and comprehend medical terminology One year's experience working in the developmental disabilities field Supervision of others/decision making aptitude (if applicable): This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
