Position:
Direct Support Professional
THIS IS A PART-TIME POSITION
As a DSP, you'll build meaningful relationships with individuals and families, working in their homes or the community to provide support and promote independence. Why Join Us? Flexible scheduling — perfect for students! $17.50-$20.00 starting wage (depending on experience) Part-time hours available Looking to hire one individual with summer availability of, Monday 10am-5pm, Tuesday 10am-1pm, Wednesday 10am-5pm, Thursday 10am-1pm, Friday 9am-4pm Supportive, growth-oriented team Annual performance-based wage increases
What You'll Do:
Work one-on-one with individuals in their homes or community Help with daily living skills, recreation, and personal growth Document progress, health updates, and shift notes Communicate clearly and professionally with families and team members Take initiative and contribute to a positive team environment Understand and follow company policies and procedures
Physical & Work Environment:
May involve driving, standing, sitting, lifting, transferring individuals, and using adaptive equipment Work settings include family homes or community outings (some shifts may require travel up to 30 miles)
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance & registration Clear background and child abuse/neglect check Legal U.S. work status Ability to read/write English and use apps and online systems Flexible to schedule changes or cancellations Training Provided (No Cost to You!):
