Residential Adolescent Treatment Aide (4pm to midnight)

8-hour or 12-hour evening/night shifts Day, evening, and overnight shifts available Must work 4 weekend days per month 24/7 residential facility What You Will Do As a Direct Care Staff member, you are an essential part of our treatment team.

You will:

Provide active supervision and ensure youth safety at all times Build positive mentoring relationships and model healthy behaviors Teach daily living skills and assist with homework Facilitate activities, groups, and morning meetings Support youth in meeting their individualized treatment goals Complete required documentation in our electronic health record Conduct routine safety checks (including overnight checks when assigned) Assist with meals, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments Respond appropriately to crises and complete incident reports You will be trained in Trauma-Informed Care, Restorative Approach, and Risking Connections. Minimum Qualifications 21 years of age or older High School diploma or GED Valid driver's license Ability to pass background check, drug screen, TB screening, and physical Strong communication and teamwork skills Basic computer proficiency (Outlook, Microsoft Office) Shift differentials available Experience in mental health, addiction services, peer support, or youth work preferred but not required.
