Job Summary We are seeking energetic and caring In-Home Non-Medical Caregivers to join our team in the Blair , Arlington, Kennard and Fremont area. In this vital role, you will deliver compassionate support to clients by assisting with daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring their safety and comfort. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact while working in a flexible and supportive environment. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being Help with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences Monitor clients' health status by observing changes in behavior or condition and reporting findings accordingly Support clients during outings or community activities to foster social engagement Follow care plans meticulously while maintaining confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations Requirements Prior experience in home care, assisted living, nursing home settings, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia is preferred Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification is highly desirable Ability to lift heavy objects safely and assist with mobility devices like Hoyer lifts if necessary Strong observational skills for patient monitoring and recognizing changes in condition Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred for client visits Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to improve clients' quality of life Join us at Touching Hearts at Home to provide heartfelt care that truly makes a difference!
