Direct Care Staff

Position Overview South Central Behavioral Services is seeking compassionate and reliable Direct Care Staff to join our team in providing support to adults in a homelike setting in Hastings, NE. The role involves assisting residents with daily routines and medication administration. No "hands-on care" is required. Staff will also be responsible for record-keeping, including daily progress notes and using an Electronic Medication Administration Record (EMAR). Qualifications Certified Medication Aide (CMA) preferred, but training is available for the right candidate. The ideal candidate should demonstrate one of the following: Two years of lived experience in a related field Two years of direct care experience in human services Two years of training in a human services field A bachelor's degree or higher in psychology, sociology, or a related field (preferred)

Compensation and Benefits Starting Pay:

$18.00 per hour with an active Medication Aide Certification.

Quarterly Bonuses:

Based on productivity and performance.
