Part-Time / Full-Time Position Overview We are now hiring LRI Personal Care Providers . LRI Personal Care provides hands-on help with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) , health-related tasks , and Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) in a participant's home or community. Services are only authorized when the participant meets Nebraska's Extraordinary Care definition, meaning their needs exceed what a parent or spouse would typically provide. Responsibilities Provide approvedADL/IADL
assistance per the participant's plan. Support health, hygiene, mobility, and meal-related tasks. Use the EVV system for clock in/out. Coordinate with the Service Coordinator and follow DHHS guidelines. Requirements Must be the Legally Responsible Individual (parent or spouse) . Complete all required DHHS training . Basic computer and EVV skills. Compassionate, reliable, and organized.
