As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for those you care for by delivering personalized care, ensuring safety, and promoting independence. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities. We are especially looking for caregivers with afternoon and evening availability who have experience with high needs clients, peri care, and transfers. Responsibilities Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide medication reminders Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment through regular cleaning, sanitation, and organization of living spaces Implement care plans and document observations accurately to ensure continuity of care Qualifications Prior experience in home health, assisted living, nursing home, or group home environments is highly preferred Knowledge of patient observation techniques, dementia care (including Alzheimer's care), memory care, and hospice care practices is preferred Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks as needed Strong communication skills Compassionate attitude with a genuine desire to provide high-quality patient-centered care Driver's license and working vehicle required If interested, please apply!
