Pay & Benefits:
Competitive hourly pay: $16.00
  • $20.
00 / Hour (higher for experienced or skilled caregivers Paid mileage reimbursement + travel time Paid training and ongoing professional development Workman's Compensation coverage Performance bonuses and referral bonuses (earn extra when you help grow our amazing team) We offer flexible scheduling! Full-time, part-time, overnights, weekends, days, evenings… you name it, we can make it work!
What You'll Do:
Provide compassionate, non-medical in-home care and companionship to seniors in the greater Lincoln area, including: Assistance with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming) Meal preparation and light housekeeping Medication reminders Meaningful companionship and conversation
Requirements:
Must be at least 19 years old Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance (required) Ability to pass background check and drug screen Caring heart and a reliable, positive attitude

Prior caregiving or CNA experience is a plus but not required
