Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality personal care, prioritizing safety and dignity during bathing, grooming, and brief changing. Confidently operate Hoyer lifts and transfer devices to assist clients with physical mobility challenges. Offer specialized companionship and behavioral support tailored to clients with Alzheimer's or dementia. Help with meal prep, light housekeeping duties, medication compliance, and driving clients to and from their local appointments. Observe, track, and communicate key changes in client condition to the care management team.
Qualifications:
What We're Looking For:
A reliable, empathetic caregiver who possesses practical experience with personal care, transfer devices, and memory care. Punctuality is a MUST. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, active auto insurance, and the ability to pass a background check with solid references. Why Join Us?
