Responsibilities Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate personal care and hands-on support, including regular bathing and restroom assistance for elderly clients.
• Safely utilize mobility and transfer equipment, specifically Hoyer lifts and gait belts.
• Assist with personal hygiene, medication management, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation.
• Provide safe transportation to and from appointments as needed.
• Document and communicate client needs and any changes in physical or mental condition.

Qualifications What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience working in care facilities (assisted living, nursing homes, or rehab centers) is highly valued.
• Hands-on proficiency using Hoyer lifts and gait belts is required.
• Strong preference for candidates with open evening and weekend availability (day openings are also available).
• Alzheimer's, Dementia, or Hospice experience is a major plus, but not required.
• Empathetic, compassionate, kind, and able to remain calm in a variety of situations.
• Must be highly reliable, dependable, and consistently on time.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. and ability to pass a background check.
