Bilingual Lead Caregiver

ECO Supportive Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Bilingual Lead Caregiver to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about helping others, enjoys mentoring caregivers, and thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment. The Bilingual Lead Caregiver will provide direct care to clients while also assisting with caregiver support, communication, and maintaining quality care standards. Candidates must be fluent in both English and Spanish . Responsibilities Provide compassionate in-home care to clients Assist clients with daily living activities including hygiene, dressing, meal preparation, mobility assistance, housekeeping, and companionship Support and assist caregivers with questions, guidance, and professionalism in the field Help reinforce company policies, care expectations, and client satisfaction Communicate effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and leadership in both English and Spanish Assist with field support, quality assurance visits, and client care follow-up when needed Maintain accurate documentation and professional communication Qualifications Bilingual in English and Spanish required Previous caregiving experience required Leadership or mentoring experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable, organized, and compassionate Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation preferred Why Join ECO Supportive Living?
