Professional Caregiver Does:
We look for individuals who bring a "CNA mindset" to every shift, ensuring our clients receive consistent, high-quality support: Support seniors with specialized memory care, utilizing patience and understanding for clients with dementia. Provide vital, hands-on personal hygiene assistance, including safe bathing support and dignified brief care. Safely guide and transfer clients with significant mobility restrictions using Hoyer lifts. Assist with daily living tasks such as preparing nutritious meals, light tidying, medication management, and driving clients to appointments. Provide clear communication and documentation regarding the client's daily status.
Qualifications What We're Looking For:
An empathetic, client-focused individual with prior experience handling dementia care and mechanical transfer tools like Hoyer lifts. Absolute dependability and punctuality are required. Must pass a background check, have a valid driver's license, auto insurance, a reliable vehicle, and eligibility to work in the U.S. Why Join Us?
