Job Overview We are seeking energetic and caring Flexible Non-Medical Caregivers to join our team! In this vital role, you will support clients with daily activities, promote independence, and enhance their quality of life through compassionate assistance. This position offers flexible scheduling options to fit your lifestyle while making a meaningful difference in the lives of those you serve. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being Help with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry to maintain a safe and comfortable environment Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences Monitor clients' health status by observing changes in behavior or condition and reporting concerns promptly Support clients with medication reminders and basic health monitoring like vital signs when trained Assist with transfers using equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident's as needed for safety Requirements Passion for caring for others with a positive, energetic attitude Prior experience in home care, assisted living, group homes, nursing homes, or working with individuals with disabilities or developmental disabilities is preferred Knowledge of basic patient observation, medication reminders, and safety protocols such as CPR and first aid certification is a plus Ability to perform light cleaning and meal preparation tasks efficiently Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans accurately Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Physical ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary and assist with mobility support Join us in making a difference!
