In this vital role, you will assist clients with daily activities, monitor their health and well-being, and ensure a safe, comfortable environment. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Completion of state-required Personal Care Aide or CNA training (if applicable). Physical ability to lift, transfer, and assist participants safely. Demonstrates dependability, compassion, and attention to detail. Must successfully pass background checks, registry verifications, and all mandatory trainings.
Compliance:
Personal Care staff must adhere strictly to the participant's service plan and scope of practice. Any tasks outside the approved scope must not be performed.
