This flexible, as-needed position is ideal for caregivers looking to supplement their schedule while making a meaningful impact through personalized, one-on-one care. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support as needed. Support daily routines such as meal preparation , light housekeeping, and errands. Provide supervision and safety support to ensure client well-being. Encourage independence while respecting client preferences and care plans. Provide companionship and emotional support. Observe and communicate changes in client condition or needs to the care team. Qualifications Prior experience in caregiving, personal support, home care, or related roles preferred. Ability to provide hands-on personal care respectfully and professionally. Reliable, patient, and compassionate. Strong communication and time-management skills. Ability to pass a background check if required. Schedule & Pay PRN / As Needed Flexible scheduling
