The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing appointment schedules, ensuring efficient office operations, and providing exceptional support to both patients and staff. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of home care. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage client visits efficiently to optimize scheduling. Review documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Assist in office management tasks, including maintaining patient records and managing front desk operations. Utilize systems for scheduling and billing processes. Provide support for medical billing inquiries and assist with 10 key typing as needed. Serve as a point of contact for patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally. Verify shifts. Staff call outs. Qualifications Previous experience in medical office management or as a dental receptionist is preferred. Familiarity with AxisCare is a MUST!! Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient confidentiality. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in documentation review and office management practices. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. This is an in-person position. Hours are 8:30am -5:00pm CST.
