Bellevue, NE Schedule:

Full-Time Monday-Friday 6:00am-2:00pm; must be willing to work any shift any day as needed based upon staffing.

Pay:

Hillcrest Mable Rose is looking for a compassionate and dependable Lead PCA to join our team! In this role, you'll provide hands-on resident care while also helping mentor and guide new PCA team members. Administer medications safely and accurately according to regulations and resident preferences Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs Obtain vitals and complete monthly summaries as scheduled Lead, coach, and mentor new PCA team members Assist with onboarding and training for new hires Participate in staffing on-call rotation to help support scheduling needs Communicate resident concerns and updates with nursing staff and team members Support residents during meals, activities, and daily routines What should candidates bring? Active 40-hour Medication Aide certification required Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, or senior care preferred Leadership or mentoring experience is a plus Compassionate, calm, and team-oriented approach Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication and customer service skills About Hillcrest Our goal at Hillcrest is to inspire people to live their best lives.
