We're looking for compassionate and dedicated Residential Direct Support Associates to join our Community-Based Services team, supporting adults with developmental disabilities and complex medical needs in our residential homes.
Schedule:
12 hrs/week
Pay:
$22.62/hour If you have experience in Human Services as a Direct Support Professional, Residential Counselor or Behavior Technician, this role is for you! Your growth matters to us! Penacook, NH Responsibilities:
The Direct Support Associate will support in promoting independence, creating a safe environment, and providing companionship to clients in a residential home setting. Assist clients with activities of daily living such as personal care and medication administration Assisting with lifting, transferring, and mobility support Support and assist with household tasks such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry Accompany individuals on outings such as daily activities, appointments, and community events Follow each individuals care plan All staff will undergo training in conflict resolution and behavioral health safety Complete required daily documentation on a computer or tablet Other duties as needed or assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Must be 18 years of age or older Experience providing direct support or direct care (preferred) Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance What's in it for you?
