Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Caregiver to provide dedicated support and assistance to individuals of all ages, including children with special needs, infants, toddlers, and seniors. In this vital role, you will foster a safe, nurturing environment while promoting independence and well-being. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help create positive experiences for those in your care, ensuring their physical, emotional, and developmental needs are met with kindness and professionalism. Responsibilities Deliver personalized care to children, infants, toddlers, or individuals with disabilities, supporting their daily routines and activities Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, and hygiene tasks in accordance with care plans Engage children in age-appropriate educational activities such as teaching basic skills, behavior management, and early childhood development exercises Monitor health and safety by performing first aid when necessary and adhering to safety protocols at all times Support behavioral management strategies to promote positive interactions and developmentally appropriate behavior Maintain clear communication with families or guardians regarding progress, concerns, or updates about the individual's well-being Create a nurturing environment that encourages growth through play, learning, and social interaction Requirements Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities in settings such as daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or caregiving roles Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Certification in first aid and CPR (or willingness to obtain upon hire) Experience with toddler care and infant care routines Strong skills in behavior management and classroom experience are highly desirable Ability to work flexibly in dynamic environments while maintaining patience and compassion Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with families, team members, and other caregivers Join us in making a meaningful difference by providing compassionate care that supports growth, safety, and happiness for those who need it most. Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
