In this role, you will provide essential support to our residents, helping them maintain their independence while ensuring their comfort and well-being. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing the quality of life for those we serve. Responsibilities Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support and companionship to our Residents. Engage and assist Residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) Seek out and observe changes in Residents' daily routine and personal care needs to maintain and update their personal service plan. Encourage Resident participation in Community programs and activities. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving, senior care or assisted living environments is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to care. Ability to assist with personal care tasks while respecting residents' dignity. Knowledge of care plans, resident rights is a plus Willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
