Personal Care Aide PCA/ Caregiver Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members. Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines. Adapt to individual care plans to ensure the highest standard of care.
Personal Care Aide PCA/ Caregiver Qualifications:
No experience required : We provide comprehensive training for those new to care giving. A genuine desire to help others and a willingness to learn. Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), or caregiver is a plus but not mandatory. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred.
Personal Care Aide PCA/ Caregiver Schedule Options:
Day shifts, night shifts, and weekend availability. On-call and overtime opportunities for those seeking extra hours.
Personal Care Aide PCA/ Caregiver Requirements:
Age Requirement:
Applicants must be at least 18 years old to apply.
