Position Overview We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and dedicated Caregivers, PCAs, HHAs, and LNAs to support clients with daily living needs, companionship, safety monitoring, and individual care. Opportunities include full-time, part-time, per diem, flexible shifts. This role is ideal for experienced caregivers as well as individuals who are new to caregiving and willing to learn. Provide compassionate, respectful, patient-centred care that promotes dignity, independence, comfort, and safety. Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting support, mobility support, and meal assistance. Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement through conversation and activities. Support clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, errands, and safety monitoring. Provide medication reminders as outlined in the client's care plan. Follow individual care plans and adapt support to meet each client's unique needs. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and team members, including providing updates as needed. Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines. New caregivers are welcome for many openings, as comprehensive training is provided. Qualifications No experience is required for many positions; comprehensive training is provided. A genuine desire to help others and a willingness to learn. Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), caregiver, or dementia caregiver specialist is a plus but not required. Driver's License and Reliable transportation to and from client homes is required. Ability to work independently, follow care instructions, and communicate updates clearly. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Demonstrated reliability, including showing up on time, completing shifts, and consistent care. Ability to work collaboratively with caregivers, clients, families, and office team members. Professional appearance, attitude, and conduct in every client interaction. Strong communication skills and ability to provide updates as needed. Flexibility to adapt to client needs, pick up extra shifts, and work weekends or holidays.
