Job Description

Rose Meadow residents have experienced life-altering events through work related injuries, personal accidents or neurological trauma which requires the highest level of daily care. Rose Meadow residents enjoy a sense of community in our country home settings. Spacious 16 private bedrooms and comfortable living areas provide space for leisure activities with staff and peers, entertainment, and visits with friends and family. Excellent training opportunity for specialized acute care.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. Experience working in human services, LNA/CNA licensure, personal care attendant, or mental health aid experience.
Hours of Work:
Second shift 3p-11p. Alternating weekends and holidays is expected Physical requirements: Frequent lifting and transferring of adults who may or may not be able to provide assistance is always done in teams of two. Additionally, this position requires frequent stairs, pushing, pulling, and bending, as well as prolonged standing and considerable walking. The LNA/Life Skills Facilitator is responsible for providing direct assistance, care and supervision for the residents. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Providing, as necessary, direct hands-on care, including but not limited to, in the areas of hygiene, feeding, mobility and toileting. Supervision, monitoring, and assisting residents with: activities of daily home and community living, recreational activities at home and in the community and community training. Supervision for safety of residents at all times. Monitoring and recording behaviors not typical for individual residents/utilize tracking logs as appropriate or as directed by the Administrator. Monitoring and recording incident worthy situations on Incident Report form/document and reporting according to protocol. Light housekeeping, client space maintenance, and meal preparation. Maintaining a valid operator's driver's license.
Pay:
$20.00 - $26.00 per hour
