Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Support childhood development through engaging activities that promote learning, social skills, and emotional growth Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and nap times in accordance with individual needs and care plans Implement behavior management strategies to foster positive behavior and emotional regulation Collaborate with families and team members to tailor care approaches that meet each child's unique requirements Maintain a clean, organized environment that adheres to health and safety standards including first aid procedures when necessary Support children with disabilities or special needs by adapting activities and providing personalized assistance Skills Proven experience in childcare, babysitting, nannying or early childhood education settings Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and age-appropriate activities Ability to manage behavior effectively while demonstrating patience and empathy Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred to ensure quick response during emergencies Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is highly valued Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and children Knowledge of classroom experience or daycare operations enhances your ability to create a nurturing environment Embark on a fulfilling career where your caring nature can shine!
