Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities, promoting independence and self-sufficiency. Provide emotional support and companionship to enhance clients' quality of life. Implement individualized care plans and monitor clients' progress. Administer medication and assist with health-related tasks as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and care provided. Collaborate with team members and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in training and professional development opportunities. Foster a safe and supportive environment for clients and their families.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in healthcare is a plus. Experience in direct care or a related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain. Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to client welfare. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Background check clearance as per state regulations.
