We're currently hiring a Home Care Sales & Marketing Representative to support our territory. This is full-time, Monday-Friday and offering a competitive salary with generous bonus structure. We focus on providing exceptional private pay in-home care and building trusted relationships with families.
Job Functions of Home Care Sales & Marketing Representative:
Serve as the face of Right at Home developing and maintaining referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehab centers, senior programs, families, healthcare providers, elder care attorneys, assisted living, and community partners. Grow care hours and increase market share by generating qualified referrals and building a strong, consistent pipeline. Execute a weekly sales plan, maintain activity in a CRM, and consistently follow up to convert leads into clients. Represent our agency professionally at events, in-person visits, and through promotional efforts.
Job Qualifications of Home Care Sales & Marketing Representative:
Deep knowledge of our territory — including strong connections within the community. A proven track record of success in healthcare or home care sales (minimum 2 years). Home Care Sales & Marketing Representative must have experience with referral development and relationship-based selling. Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to plan your own schedule, track activities, and hit performance goals. Bachelor's degree preferred.
