We are currently placing live-in caregivers across: Bloomfield, Clifton, Woodland Park, East Orange, Montclair, Glen Ridge, Lyndhurst, Kearny, Jersey City, Rutherford, Passaic, North Arlington, East Rutherford, North Bergen, Secaucus, Carlstadt, Belleville, Nutley, and throughout Hudson County. What You'll Experience as a

Live-In Caregiver:

Consistent, long-term assignments with stable schedules Private accommodations within the client's home Dedicated rest and sleep time in accordance with care plans The opportunity to build meaningful, ongoing relationships with clients A structured care environment with clear expectations and support

What You'll Be Responsible For:

(including, but not limited to): Providing compassionate, non-medical care, companionship, and emotional support Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility Supporting meal preparation and ensuring proper nutrition Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized living environment Offering medication reminders in line with care plans Monitoring client well-being and communicating updates with the care team Building strong, professional relationships with clients and their families Providing consistent, reliable care throughout your assigned live-in schedule Performing other related duties as needed to support client care and comfort What We're Looking For Previous caregiving experience (live-in experience strongly preferred) First Aid/CPR certification, or willingness to obtain A compassionate, patient, and professional approach to care Strong communication skills and ability to follow care plans Reliability, consistency, and a strong sense of responsibility Ability to adapt to the needs of each client and household A commitment to maintaining a respectful, safe, and supportive environment Why Work With SYNERGY HomeCare?
