Role:

Join Qualicare Home Care Central NJ as a Caregiver with CHHA certification and make a difference in the lives of our clients. We are seeking compassionate individuals who are dedicated to providing exceptional personal care and support in a warm and inviting environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily personal care such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene. Help clients take medications as directed and report any health concerns to the care team. Assist with walking, transfers, and mobility to ensure client safety. Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed. Provide companionship and engage clients in activities that support emotional well-being. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for the client. Document care provided and communicate updates professionally with supervisors and family members when required. Build respectful and supportive relationships with clients and their families.

Requirements:

Active CHHA certification required. Previous caregiving or personal care experience is preferred. Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to safely assist clients with mobility and daily care tasks. Reliable transportation and flexible availability. Must pass background screening and provide professional references. Experience working with elderly clients, dementia, Alzheimer's, hospice, or mobility assistance is a plus. Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
