Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patients' health by taking vital signs, observing changes in condition, and reporting findings accurately Prepare nutritious meals tailored to dietary needs and assist with meal planning and cooking Medications reminder follow care plans and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for patient privacy. Maintain clean and safe living environments through regular cleaning and sanitation tasks. Experience Prior experience in home health care preferred. Knowledge of patient observation techniques and ability to recognize signs requiring medical attention Certifications such as CPR, First Aid, HIPAA compliance training preferred.
