This role is vital in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of those under your care. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in Korean, along with a proactive approach to caregiving. You will play a key role in fostering a positive environment, maintaining safety standards, and delivering personalized care that enhances quality of life. This part time (3-5 days/4hrs +) paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while developing valuable skills in caregiving. •Perfect for someone young, responsible, and compassionate as well as someone older, mature, caring, and looking for some part time work to fill their daily schedules. Responsibilities Communicate effectively with residents or clients in Korean to understand their needs and provide appropriate support. Assist with daily activities such as mobility, personal hygiene, and medication reminders, ensuring comfort and dignity. Monitor the safety of residents by conducting regular checks and responding promptly to emergencies or concerns from family members. Perform light housekeeping duties. Document care activities. Meal Prep Getting to and from work Experience •Does not need to be CHHA certified Proven experience in caregiving, or related roles within residential environments. Knowledge of traditional Korean cooking a PLUS. Demonstrating the ability to oversee clients effectively.
