Position Summary:

Affirmed Homecare is seeking a compassionate and experienced Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide dedicated in-home care for an elderly client. This is a per diem opportunity for Sundays , ideal for caregivers looking to supplement their schedule while making a meaningful impact.

Schedule:

Sundays | 9:00 AM - 5:00

PM Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, one-on-one care in a private home setting Support client with daily living activities (ADLs) Offer companionship and emotional support Monitor and report any changes in condition Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment Follow individualized care plans and clinical guidance

Qualifications:

Active New Jersey CHHA certification Prior experience working with dementia or memory care patients required Patient, compassionate, and attentive demeanor Strong communication and observational skills Ability to work independently in a home setting Reliable and punctual
