Weekend shift premium Position OverviewWe're seeking a dependable and compassionate Certified Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant to join our assisted living team for overnight hours. In this role, you'll provide hands-on support to residents while helping maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging living environment. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with daily routines such as grooming, dressing, mobility, and personal careRespond promptly to resident requests and needsSupport a positive and respectful atmosphere for all residentsWork collaboratively with nursing staff and caregivers to ensure consistent carePromote resident comfort, independence, and dignity at all times Qualifications Active New Jersey CHHA or CNA certification requiredPrior experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred, but not required Schedule 52.50
