This rewarding role offers the opportunity to provide personalized care in clients' homes, fostering independence, safety, and comfort. We are committed to empowering our caregivers with comprehensive training and a supportive environment to excel in delivering exceptional home care and community care. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patients' health by taking vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature, and report changes to healthcare professional. Medications reminder. Accurately follow care plans and HIPAA regulations to ensure patient safety and confidentiality Support patients with meal preparation, feeding, and nutritional needs tailored to individual dietary requirements. Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, patient observations, and any incidents in compliance with healthcare standards Perform light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning living areas to promote a safe and hygienic environment Skills Proven experience in home health care with a focus on senior care or disability care Knowledge of patient observation techniques and ability to recognize signs of deterioration or distress Certification in CPR and First Aid; experience with hospice or dementia care is highly valued Familiarity with HIPAA regulations ensuring patient privacy at all times Strong communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams, families, and residents' support networks Join us in providing compassionate care that enriches lives!
