Job Description
We are seeking and experienced In Home Recruiting Specialist who is passionate about connecting compassionate caregivers with individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will drive the recruitment cycle - from sourcing to onboarding for Direct Support Professionals to be placed in home settings. Driver's License High School Diploma or Equivalent Two years recruiting experience Knowledge of IDD a plus Knowledge of DDD regulations a plus Must be organized and able to articulate well Background recruiting or working within the IDD, supported living or human services environments Experience guiding direct support staff through compliance, orientation and home case matching Familiarity with in home care dynamics, support plans and placement needs
