Job Description

We are currently hiring for Friday, Saturday and Sunday 2p-10p BeeHive Homes of Bosque Farms is currently seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers who are ready to be part of a team that truly feels like family. Our home features 15 private rooms with full bathrooms, home-cooked meals, and meaningful daily activities. Everything we do is centered around creating a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment where our residents feel safe, valued, and cared for. We are looking for individuals who are willing to embrace the values and heart behind BeeHive Homes, where care is personal and every detail matters. Requirements Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to pass a national background check and drug screening Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Basic computer skills Willingness to complete required training Job Description and Responsibilities As a caregiver, you will play an important role in supporting our residents with daily living while honoring their dignity, privacy, and independence.
Responsibilities include:
Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, transferring, toileting, continence care, and eating Monitoring residents and reporting any changes in condition Taking and recording vital signs such as temperature, pulse, respirations, and blood pressure Supporting medication routines in accordance with training and community policy Preparing light meals and snacks as needed Performing light housekeeping and laundry duties Providing safety supervision and a reassuring presence Maintaining accurate documentation Completing required ongoing training We are happy to provide on-the-job training for the right person. Experience is helpful, but what matters most is a kind heart, patience, and a genuine desire to care for others.
