Summary "As an In Home Caregiver at Comfort Keepers, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of seniors and adults needing assistance. Located in a supportive environment, you will provide personalized care that promotes independence and well-being, contributing to our mission of elevating the human spirit." Responsibilities " Provide compassionate companionship and personal care to clients in their homes. Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation. Develop meaningful relationships with clients to enhance their quality of life. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members regarding client needs. Participate in ongoing training to improve caregiving skills. Support clients in maintaining their independence while ensuring their safety. Document client progress and report any changes to management." Qualifications " High school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, valid Driver's license with active auto insurance in driver's name are required for employment. Experience in geriatrics or similar caregiving roles preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
