El Mirador Home Care is seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Care Services Supervisor to join our team in Farmington. This role is essential in ensuring the highest quality of care for our clients and supporting our caregivers.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support personal care staff. Conduct assessments of client needs and develop care plans. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care plans. Provide training and ongoing education for caregivers. Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Act as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of personal care services and relevant regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Experience with Turquoise Insurance Programs.
