  • Full-time Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities.
As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care in various settings, including homes, assisted living facilities, and group homes. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of those you serve. There are two open positions for day shift care giver (7am-7pm). Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' overall well-being. Monitor and document vital signs and changes in clients' conditions. Administer medications as prescribed and assist with care plans. Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning and preparation. Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing light housekeeping duties. Support clients with mobility needs, including the use of Hoyer lifts or other assistive devices. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote cognitive function and social interaction, particularly for those with Alzheimer's or dementia care needs. Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities or autism, ensuring their unique needs are met. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery. Skills First aid and CPR certification is preferred. Experience in home health, hospice care, or long-term care settings is highly desirable. Strong patient observation skills to identify changes in health status promptly. Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility challenges. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to maintain client confidentiality. Familiarity with care plans and medication administration protocols. Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities is a plus. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare teams. Cooking skills for meal preparation tailored to individual dietary needs.
