Our Caregivers provide person-centered support, companionship, and assistance with daily activities while helping elders live with dignity, purpose, and joy in a warm home environment. What You'll Do Build meaningful relationships with elders and provide companionship Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, transfers, and feeding support Provide dementia-informed care and support elders experiencing memory loss or cognitive changes Observe and report changes in elder condition, behavior, or safety concerns Assist with meal preparation, dining service, and creating positive mealtime experiences Complete housekeeping and laundry tasks to maintain a clean, comfortable home environment Document care and complete assigned tasks using company systems Support a safe, respectful, and engaging environment for elders, families, and team members Qualifications First and foremost, you must love and appreciate elders!
