Description Overview Heritage Home Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and dependable Senior Caregiver to join our team! Our caregivers make a meaningful difference every day by helping clients maintain their independence, comfort, and quality of life in the place they call home. Key Responsibilities Assist with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and eating Follow prescribed healthcare plans Provide mobility assistance (e.g., transfers from bed, chair, or wheelchair) Maintain a clean and safe home environment by assisting with light housekeeping Offer emotional support, companionship, and encouragement to clients Escort or transport clients to appointments or errands as needed Monitor and report changes in clients' health, behavior, or needs to the clinical team Adhere to all care plans and delegation instructions provided by licensed professionals

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age Must be available to work a minimum of 30 hours per week. High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required Previous caregiving experience preferred Must be able to work independently and follow instructions accurately Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable independent transportation and valid car insurance Must live in Santa Fe, NM or surrounding areas
