As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for residents or clients by delivering personalized care with kindness, patience, and professionalism. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives while working in a supportive and dynamic environment. Duties Assist residents or clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Monitor patient health by observing vital signs, reporting changes, and maintaining accurate care records Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences Medication reminders following appropriate guidelines and care plans Engage residents in social activities and provide companionship to promote mental well-being Maintain a clean and safe environment through regular cleaning and sanitation tasks Use specialized equipment such as Hoyer lifts or resident lifts to ensure safe transfers and mobility assistance Document patient observations, care activities, and incident reports accurately and promptly Requirements Prior experience working in assisted living, nursing homes, or home & community care settings preferred Knowledge of Alzheimer's care, dementia care, memory care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism spectrum disorder Certification in CPR, First Aid, and HIPAA compliance required Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physically demanding tasks as needed Excellent communication skills with the ability to observe and report on patient conditions effectively Compassionate attitude with a strong commitment to providing respectful, person-centered care Experience working with diverse populations including seniors, individuals with disabilities, or those requiring long-term care support Join us if you're passionate about making a positive impact through dedicated caregiving!
