In this vital role, you will create a safe, nurturing environment while promoting growth, development, and well-being. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help foster positive experiences and meaningful connections with those in your care. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives through attentive caregiving and personalized support. Duties Provide attentive care to children, including infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety, comfort, and happiness throughout the day Assist with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, bathing, and dressing for adults with disabilities. Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote childhood development, early childhood education, and social skills Implement behavior management strategies to encourage positive behavior and emotional regulation Support individuals with disabilities by assisting with mobility, personal care, and daily tasks in a respectful and empowering manner Maintain a clean and organized environment suitable for childcare or caregiving activities Follow safety protocols including first aid procedures when necessary and ensure emergency preparedness at all times Experience Prior experience working with children in settings such as daycare centers, preschools, babysitting or nannying roles, or classroom environments Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices Hands-on experience caring for infants, toddlers, or children with special needs or disabilities Familiarity with behavior management techniques tailored for young children or individuals with developmental challenges Certification in first aid and CPR is highly preferred Experience in caregiving roles that involve teaching or nurturing young children enhances your ability to succeed in this position Join us as a Caregiver to bring joy, stability, and support to the lives of those who need it most.
