•Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and dignity Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce feelings of loneliness and enhance overall well-being Administer medication reminders and assist with light medical tasks under supervision, following care plans precisely Monitor clients' health status, report changes or concerns promptly to healthcare professionals Support clients with household tasks including meal preparation, light housekeeping, and transportation to appointments Maintain detailed documentation of care provided, client progress, and any incidents or observations Follow all safety protocols and infection control procedures to ensure a secure environment for clients and caregivers alike Qualifications Prior experience in healthcare settings such as Level II trauma centers, hospital medicine, emergency medicine, or post-acute care is highly valued Experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics, PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit), medical-surgical patients, or outpatient clinics is preferred Knowledge of Level I Trauma Center protocols and sub-acute care practices enhances your ability to deliver comprehensive support Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed care plans accurately are essential Certification in caregiving or relevant healthcare training is a plus but not mandatory; willingness to complete required training is expected Demonstrated compassion, patience, and adaptability in fast-paced environments such as teaching hospitals or outpatient clinics Join us in providing exceptional in-home care that transforms lives!
