In Home Caregiver (with open availability)

We are looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers to provide non-medical in-home care and companionship to our special clients who need a little extra support to remain safe and comfortable at home. You'll help with daily activities, provide meaningful companionship, and be part of a supportive team that values reliability, dignity, and respect. We serve parts of the South Las Vegas area including parts of Silverado Ranch, Southern Highlands, Harry Reid International Airport neighborhoods and nearby areas. What You'll Do Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, positioning, exercise, transferring, mobility) Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding when needed Perform light housekeeping related to client care Provide medication reminders (self-administered only) Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team Follow established care plans and safety guidelines What We're Looking For Compassionate, dependable, and patient At least 1 year experience with caregiving Comfortable working independently in a client's home Flexibility in schedule is a plus Strong communication skills Reliable transportation preferred (depending on client needs) Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) or willing to register (we help guide you) High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to pass background check (criminal background investigation and motor vehicle driving record)

Shift:

Flexible scheduling available, including day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts

Pay:

$18.00 per hour
