This role is ideal for caregivers looking for flexible hours and meaningful work in home care and home health. Responsibilities Provide in-home patient care based on individualized care plans Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting Support mobility, transfers, and basic exercises Prepare meals and assist with feeding Monitor and report changes in patient condition Maintain accurate documentation and care notes Work collaboratively with nurses and care coordinators Qualifications Caregiver experience (Personal or Profressional) - CNA or HHA preferred Dementia care experience preferred CPR certification Experience in caregiving, home care, or healthcare preferred Reliable, compassionate, and professional Strong communication and time management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred) Apply Today Submit your application to be considered for immediate openings.
