Overview Join our compassionate team as an Experienced Caregiver, where your dedication and expertise will make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals needing support with daily activities and specialized care. This role offers an energizing opportunity to provide personalized assistance, promote independence, and foster a safe, nurturing environment for residents across various care settings. Whether working in assisted living communities, group homes, or providing home care services, you will be a vital part of enhancing quality of life through attentive and professional caregiving. Responsibilities Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Support residents with meal preparation, cooking, and nutritional needs tailored to individual dietary requirements Utilize equipment such as Hoyer lifts or gait belts to safely transfer individuals with mobility challenges Maintain detailed documentation of patient care activities, observations, and updates in compliance with healthcare standards Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, fostering a positive environment that promotes dignity and respect Skills Proven experience in home & community care, assisted living, nursing homes, or long-term care environments Knowledge of patient observation techniques and ability to recognize signs of dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or other memory-related conditions Strong understanding of care plans Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and operate assistive devices such as Hoyer lifts or wheelchairs Excellent communication skills for collaborating with healthcare teams and family members Certifications in CPR and First Aid; experience with hospice or palliative care is a plus Join us in delivering exceptional caregiving that transforms lives!
