We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Staff, helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in their daily lives. This position is ideal for someone with a lot of patience and care, such as a teacher looking for a second job, or anyone with experience working with individuals in need of support.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide support with daily self-care activities such as hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration. Help individuals achieve personal goals and participate in community activities. Ensure a safe, positive environment for individuals in their home. Assist with managing daily routines and maintaining a structured schedule. Provide companionship and foster independence.

Requirements :

Must be available to work on weekends. Patience, understanding, and the ability to work with individuals with intellectual disabilities. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Reliable, responsible, and able to manage time efficiently. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Experience in caregiving or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required—training will be provided.
