We are looking to cover multiple shifts for the following responsibilities: Assists patient with personal care daily activities including bathing, oral hygiene, preparation and feeding of meals, dressing and undressing, ambulation, and other activities as needed Performs resident related duties as assigned in an accurate and timely manner Performing light housekeeping tasks Documenting assisted daily activity tasks in accordance with the resident plan of care Other duties as needed
